〈About the Artwork〉
※ UV resin is used to reinforce the hardware attachment and the base of the kintsugi area. Please understand that minor resin overflow may occur.
※ The hardware may be changed to silver for some pieces (e.g., those with translucent elements like sea glass or natural stones). Rest assured that the material will remain the same.
※ Kintsugi is... a traditional Japanese technique that revives ceramics damaged by chips, cracks, or breaks, using lacquer and gold powder.
※ We use a new urushi lacquer that is less likely to cause irritation, along with gold powder (brass powder), rather than traditional urushi lacquer.
※ Natural stones, being natural, may contain impurities, minor scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural characteristics.
※ Please understand that variations in glaze are a characteristic of handmade items.
In particular, Mino ware tiles often have variations on their sides.
※ Individual sensitivities to metal, resin, and urushi lacquer vary. If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may differ slightly from the image shown, depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen environment.
〈Care Instructions〉
※ Handle with care, as applying strong force may cause damage.
※ Avoid vigorous rubbing of the kintsugi area or prolonged immersion in water, as this may cause it to detach.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.

※ Kintsugi (金繕い) is a unique Japanese traditional repair method that uses lacquer and gold powder to mend cracked or chipped ceramics. For this creation, we employ a simplified kintsugi technique, using a new urushi lacquer that is less likely to cause irritation, along with gold powder (brass powder). UV resin is also used for reinforcement.
