Please clean shoes and bags according to proper methods. Avoid using harsh detergents, excessive water, or soaking. 8. Shoe boxes are used for packaging. While we strive to protect the product during transit, minor bumps or indentations to the packaging material may be unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. The actual product color is the final reference. Manual measurements may result in a normal difference of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please contact us via private message within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be processed. 2. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, along with their original packaging (shoe box + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a special offer for a minimum spending threshold cannot be returned partially. If partial returns are necessary, please return the entire order and reorder. 4.
