▶ Ticketing Policy
1. Upon order placement, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seating availability.
4. Materials are prepared after ordering and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
