Upon confirmation, we will provide you with a quote. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a production queue that may extend several months. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to place your order. Once the deposit is paid, your slot in the queue will be confirmed. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we share completion photos for your review. Once you approve, we will create a separate listing for the final payment. ◌ Changes to facial expressions or poses cannot be made one month prior to the start of production. Therefore, please ensure all details are confirmed at the outset. Any special requests for the creation process should also be communicated at the beginning. ◌ For full-body custom pieces, please provide photos from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural lighting without filters to ensure accurate color representation. Providing more reference photos is always beneficial. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, consider a framed half-body piece, which requires only a front-facing photo. For full-body requests under such circumstances, please message us for alternative solutions. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to clarify certain details. Please ensure you are reachable for consultation. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished piece from all angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made. However, modifications to fur color and eye color are not possible, as slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions. ◌ Complimentary repairs are limited to 5 instances. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once you confirm satisfaction, the piece will be carefully packaged and shipped. As we seek your final approval before boxing, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after shipping. ■ Specifications: ◌ Full Body (Dog/Cat): Available in two sizes (approximately 15cm or 20cm in length from nose to tail). Please message us for specifications regarding other types of pets. ◌ Full Body (Small Pet): Approximately 10cm in length from nose to tail. ◌ Framed Half-Body: Fits a 4x6 inch frame. ◌ Framed Headshot: Fits a 3.5x3.5 inch frame (head width approximately 8-9cm). ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body pieces, you are welcome to send your pet's actual fur, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated into the body during the felting process. (Small colored glass bottles are also available for purchase separately). If you wish to have real fur subtly integrated onto the surface, please message us to discuss specialized techniques for different fur types. Whiskers can be attached to the face. ⌑ We dedicate our utmost effort and time to each pet's representation. The creation process, depending on complexity, typically takes 3-4 weeks. Your patience is appreciated as we strive for the highest quality. ⌑ As these creations are the result of significant effort and time, cancellations or refunds are not possible after production has commenced. ⌑ As each piece is purely handmade, a 100% perfect replica of the original is not possible, and some variations are to be expected. Please refer to our past work for style references before placing your order. ⌑ Actual dimensions may vary by +/- 1-2cm. Minor color and size discrepancies are inherent in handmade items. Those seeking absolute perfection may find this item unsuitable. ⌑ If surface fuzz or pilling occurs due to friction, simply trim it with small scissors. This will not affect the appearance of the wool felt. Please avoid friction, pulling, or excessive contact with your pet. ⌑ Photos of completed works will be publicly displayed on our personal fan pages, Instagram, and other platforms. ⌑ The wooden display stand and dried floral elements shown in the photos are not included with the product. ⌑ Optional add-ons are available: collars with personalized engraved tags, glass domes, or acrylic boxes combined with dried floral arrangements.
