**How to Use Drip Bags**
**1. Easy Cold Brew in Three Steps:**
1. Place the coffee drip bag into a clean container.
2. Add water at room temperature at the recommended ratio. For one 15g bag, approximately 250ml of water is suggested.
3. Refrigerate for about 24 hours to enjoy delicious cold brew coffee.
For direct consumption, a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:13-1:16 is recommended (1g coffee grounds to 13g-15g water). If adding milk, use a ratio of approximately 1:7.
Adjust the strength to your preference. Longer steeping times will release more flavor and result in a richer taste.
Cold brew coffee also pairs wonderfully with milk or plant-based milks like oat milk. If adding milk or ice, consider using slightly less water during the steeping process.
**2. Convenient Hot Brew with Drip Bags!**
Use hot water between 90-95°C (avoid using boiling water directly). Steep for about 7-8 minutes, adjusting the time based on your desired concentration.
For one 15g bag, approximately 250ml-300ml of water is suggested. After steeping, gently shake the drip bag to ensure even extraction of the grounds within, then remove the bag and enjoy your coffee.
**Serving & Storage**
Prepared cold brew coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for several days to a week. By preparing it in advance, you can have several days' worth of coffee ready, saving both time and money!
**A Word from the Barista**
This time, we wanted to create a coffee perfect for sharing with good friends.
Why mead? A few years ago, I lived in Linz, a beautiful city in Austria, for a while. My host family would always go on outings and enjoy feasts every weekend. For Europeans, this is the ultimate holiday activity. And that's when I first tasted this ancient, delicious sweet wine.
"Mead... legend has it that the Norse gods fought over it, and it was a favorite of Germanic warriors and Vikings..." Good mead is not only delicious but often carries a special floral aroma. But the reason it first came to mind was more about the joyful occasions it accompanied. Mead inherently brings a cheerful, communal atmosphere. In the gentle Austrian autumn, sharing conversations and a light buzz, reminiscing years later still brings a warm feeling.
During the mead infusion process, watching the coffee beans absorb, mature, and be elevated by the honey-scented liquor, I could almost sense the coming deliciousness through the glass. If the whiskey-infused coffee in the same series is meant to spark inspiration and enjoyed alone, I imagine the mead-infused coffee is more suited for sharing with friends and loved ones.
We hope that at your gatherings with friends, presenting this coffee will elicit gasps of admiration. Knowing that our coffee is part of your happy moments brings us great joy.
