Contact us via our official LINE account. For preserved flower products, please store them in a dry, well-ventilated environment. They can typically last for over 2 years. Avoid proximity to water, do not water them, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Proper care will significantly extend their viewing period. Regarding Design Coordination: Each product is meticulously designed by our floral artists. We will select accessories and various floral and foliage elements to complement the color scheme and style presented in each design. Materials will be adjusted based on seasonality and inventory. If you particularly favor a specific decorative item or detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a "Personalized Custom Order." Should any special decorative items be out of stock, we will notify you before shipping to arrange a substitution. Note: For products that include fairy lights, the LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new. Once the battery power is depleted, simply replace it with a new battery. Product Delivery Service: All products in our shop are custom-made based on order and payment. January is a peak period for Lunar New Year orders; if you have an urgent request, please indicate it separately and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we use LALAMOVE for your convenience. Please provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can reach you more quickly! For deliveries outside Kaohsiung City, we use Black Cat Express. Delivery and pickup services operate from Monday to Saturday. Please be attentive to the courier's contact attempts to receive your item promptly. To ensure the safe transit of your order, large items will be shipped one per box. The shipping fee at checkout is for a single item. If you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply.
