Avoid contact with water and direct sunlight. ❀ Natural Stones: ▴ Natural stone patterns, inclusions, and "ice cracks" are unique to each stone. ▴ Please avoid applying pressure to crystals with "ice cracks" to prevent breakage. ▴ Avoid contact with chemicals; do not wipe with alcohol. ❀ Plated/Gold-Filled Metal: ▴ Ear acupuncture/clips are made of 304/316 stainless steel plated with 14K or 18K real gold. ▴ Most decorative components attached to earrings are copper plated with 18K gold. ▴ When not wearing, gently wipe the surface of the jewelry with a dry cloth and store each piece separately, isolated from air. This prevents oxidation and scratches, extending the lifespan of your jewelry. ▴ Do not use silver polishing cloths, copper cream, or toothpaste, as these can scratch off the gold plating. ❀ Brass: ▴ You can use a silver polishing cloth or a small amount of copper cream/toothpaste for cleaning (for raw brass only). ❀ Earring Care: ▴ Before each wear, disinfect the ear acupuncture/ear hook/clip-on (parts that touch the earlobe) with alcohol. Clean them again immediately after removing the earrings. This effectively reduces the chance of earlobe inflammation. ❀ For hygiene reasons and due to storage considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry purchased in-store or online, except for defective items. ❀ Please feel free to inquire about after-sales repair services.
