A: The primary materials of the Elephant Cuppa S are 316 stainless steel and food-grade PP plastic, with a temperature range of 0°C to 110°C. Therefore, the tumbler body is suitable for warm or hot beverages. However, please note: Warm or hot beverages produce steam, which can build pressure inside the tumbler. This pressure may affect the seal of the lid, potentially leading to leaks. Excessive internal pressure could also cause beverage spurting when opening the lid or damage the lid itself. We recommend not using the straw lid with warm or hot beverages to allow steam to escape. Alternatively, you can open the straw lid or tumbler lid for a period to release steam before closing them. ※ It is also advised to keep the Elephant Cuppa S stable and avoid excessive shaking when containing beverages above 60°C, as shaking may accelerate steam generation inside the tumbler. Q: Can it be used in a microwave, oven, dish dryer, or dishwasher? A: The tumbler body is made of stainless steel with a vacuum-insulated double wall and cannot be used in microwaves, ovens, dish dryers, or dishwashers, as these appliances may damage the tumbler. A: The Elephant Cuppa S features a higher threaded section on its mouth. Consequently, the Generation 2 Ecozen lid's height may not fully cover this threaded area, potentially compromising the lid's seal and leading to leaks. While the Generation 3 lid has been adjusted for height, it remains compatible with the Ecozen transparent tumbler.
