**【Pet Photo Selection】**
✧ Choose a clear, close-up photo of their face for an even cuter result!
✧ We recommend a "solid color" or "simple, tonal brushstrokes" for the background, allowing you to focus on detailing your pet.
✧ Only one pet per session. **To add another pet, please select the "add-on pet" option** (requires advance notice).

Workshop Description

✧ Our studio operates by appointment only. Please book at least 24 hours in advance and confirm your registration.
✧ Please arrive on time on the day of your session. No-shows without prior notice will be considered a forfeiture with no refund or further notification. Latecomers' sessions will conclude at the original scheduled end time.
✧ For custom or portrait/pet paintings, please provide reference photos or images at least 3 days in advance for preparation.
✧ Please vacate the premises promptly at the end of your painting session to ensure the rights of other participants. We reserve the right to manage session times.
✧ Extended painting time is charged at $600/hour. Additional hours do not include extra canvases or materials.
✧ Unless it's a designated shared painting activity, co-painting is not permitted. Companions will be charged $100 per person; seating is prioritized for painters.
✧ To maintain a pleasant painting environment, outside food and drinks are prohibited. A cleaning fee of $500 applies for any self-brought celebration cakes.
✧ To ensure the quality of our activities, please adhere to the event guidelines.
✧ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, Piler will proactively notify and arrange rescheduling.
**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**
**※ A transaction fee of $50 will be deducted for all transactions ※**
✧ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
✧ Cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before the activity will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
✧ Cancellations made 3 days (inclusive) or less before the activity are non-refundable. One rescheduling is permitted, and the activity must be used within 1 month.
