Use a measuring tape or a piece of string to gently wrap around your wrist. The measurement should be snug but not tight, fitting comfortably against your skin. Round to the nearest whole number for your wrist size. We will craft your bracelet based on this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit that allows for slight movement. 2️⃣ If your wrist measurement has a decimal, for example 14.5cm, you can choose between 14cm or 15cm. A 14cm bracelet will be a closer fit while still allowing movement, whereas a 15cm bracelet will offer a looser, more comfortable feel. 3️⃣ Should an adjustment be necessary due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: Within 7 Days: Upon receiving your bracelet, please notify us and return it for adjustment within 7 days. This service is complimentary. Between 7 and 14 Days: If you request an adjustment after wearing the bracelet for more than 7 days but less than 14 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Over 14 Days: Please utilize the restringing service indicated on your warranty card, or opt for a paid adjustment service for 100 yuan which covers restringing and labor.
