The Baker Boy hat features reinforced lining in the brim and hatband, distinct from the plastic stiffeners found in common ready-to-wear hats. We chose reinforced lining to maintain the intended structure of the brim and hat shape, and also to facilitate storage. Plastic stiffeners can break if bent, whereas our lining offers a degree of flexibility for folding without breaking. However, we still advise against bending the brim to keep it flat.
