Additional Information: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinhole voids and minor scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks and stains remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are normal phenomena. [Cleaning and Characteristics] 1. For the first wash, use a regular neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe several times with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Then, wash clean with a neutral detergent. Since cooking oil is used for stamping and no acid washing is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process, and you can scrub it with confidence. 2. For burnt food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that it is pure titanium, which is safe and non-toxic, free from harmful heavy metals. It is safe to scrub and use as tableware. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other acidic reducing agents, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as this will revert the color and luster of the titanium, and it cannot be restored. [Characteristics] 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and difficult to release stress. For items like lunch boxes, food containers, and square pots, initial steaming or cooking, or post-washing food stains or large purple-blue patches, or even unheated items showing brown patches after washing (not rust, pure titanium does not rust) are metal characteristics, or changes resulting from our prior firing process. These do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear over time with normal use. 2. Square containers, due to even greater stress release difficulty, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. In ovens above 250 degrees Celsius or direct flame on a gas stove, purple-blue discoloration may occur. The color will not disappear, but it will not affect safe usage. 4. Large flat shapes are more prone to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water marks, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this bothers you, dry the utensil immediately after washing to prevent water marks from affecting its appearance.
