Avoid vigorous scrubbing and contact with hot springs or hot water containing sulfur. When not worn, sterling silver pieces should be wiped with a polishing cloth and stored in a sealed bag to prevent oxidation. ※ For plated items, do not use a silver polishing cloth. Use a regular eyeglass cleaning cloth. ※ It is normal for polishing cloths to darken. Within the warranty period, free repairs are available for non-human-induced damage. Complimentary cleaning services are also provided during the warranty period (scratches cannot be addressed). For a complete silver restoration (addressing scratches, re-plating), a discounted price of $200-$400 is available within the warranty period, quoted based on the jewelry's size and severity. For items outside the warranty, the cost starts at $450 and may vary depending on the condition of the jewelry. Chains are machine-made finished products and cannot be repaired; please handle them with care during wear.
