Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off the foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may show minor dents or scuffs which are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags made with patterned or printed fabrics, the pattern distribution is randomly cut and will vary from piece to piece. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this. 9. Product images may appear slightly different on each screen due to individual monitor settings. Actual product colors are the standard. Handmade items may have an international standard tolerance of 1-3 cm difference in measurements. 10. Collaborative products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization labels or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted or free shipping offers for a full order cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return part of an order with such promotions, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns about received items or missing parts, please provide a complete unboxing video to ensure mutual rights and to facilitate a smooth return, exchange, or re-shipment process. 4.
