* After completing your reservation, please contact "Bai Dian Official Messages" or add us on "Official LINE: @934zljmm" to send your design image and receive course pre-arrival instructions.
* If the handmade experience course exceeds the original scheduled production time, an additional charge of NT$300/person per hour will apply.
* If a participant decides to abandon their creation mid-course, and the instructor needs to complete the piece, a supervision fee of NT$1000/person will be charged on-site.
* Companions, regardless of whether they participate in the tufting, will be charged an additional NT$500/person.

*Course Reservation Information*

1. If the reserved time encounters force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, Bai Dian will contact you officially to notify you, and you may reschedule your course once.
2. If you need to film videos, shows, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other participants.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completing your course reservation, we will immediately prepare the necessary materials for your session. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your chosen course date, you may "reschedule free of charge once
(valid for up to three months from the original course date)".
3. If you do not complete your rescheduled reservation within three months, or if you are unable to attend the course even after the one-time free reschedule, you will need to place a new order.
4. Last-minute cancellations on the day of the course or arriving 15 minutes late will be considered as forfeiture of the course, and you will need to place a new order.
