The ILIFA roasted coffee series currently covers coffee beans with four different aromas: vanilla, hazelnut, South African elephant fruit and African honey.

The light nectar aroma exuded by the African honey mellow coffee is surprising. It reminds you of the flower jungle blooming in spring. It is bright and light, and the sincere sweet smell makes the coffee taste like honey.
Made from 100% Arabica coffee beans
ILIFA roasted coffee uses 100% high-quality Arabica single-origin coffee beans to ensure the highest quality and natural flavor. The green coffee beans we choose are produced in small coffee estates or farms in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda.
Each batch of coffee is carefully crafted by our South African roasting experts, who lovingly roast the green beans in small batches, handcrafted to order. During this process, traditional African techniques are used for medium roasting, resulting in unique coffee beans.
Add milk and honey to taste
Just like South Africans have diverse ways of drinking coffee, ILIFA roasted coffee is suitable for brewing black coffee, Americano and all kinds of milk-containing coffee (latte, cappuccino, flat white, macchiato, etc.) , also suitable for various brewing methods: filter, hand brew, French press, espresso, stovetop moka pot, and cold brew.
Drinking coffee does not have to be sugar-free or dairy-free. You should choose the concentration and sweetness ratio according to your personal preferences.
ILIFA strongly recommends adding fresh milk directly to brewed black coffee (the proportion can be adjusted according to the coffee concentration) to reduce the bitterness and add rich coffee aroma.
If you like your coffee to be sweet, it is recommended to use natural honey instead of sugar or syrup (ILIFA strongly recommends the use of South African precious flower honey or tree of life flower honey in the ILIFA honey series), so that the unique floral and fruity aroma of honey can be diffused in the coffee. The taste is addictive as soon as you drink it.
