The Calligraphers' Guild 2022 Exhibition - "The Present Moment" - Collection

Thunderous afternoons, gentle breezes, falling blossoms. Listening to the rain with tea, "one becomes all." All that seems ordinary, is the fleeting present moment. We rarely notice the state of the present moment. Over the past two years of the pandemic, time seemed to slow down. Many things became precious, even a free breath felt valuable. In facing such circumstances, the present moment became more clearly visible before our eyes. Previously, we unconsciously let these small moments slip away. After consciously grasping them, we discover that these small things in life are the only moments of the present. Quietly feel the changes around you: The angle of the setting sun, the temperature of the gentle breeze, the humidity after the rain, the clarity after the thunder, the instant a flower falls. Let your heart flow with the present moment, and everything will begin to move with it. This time, let us use ink and brush, through writing, to record the present moment as we feel it, transforming the present moment into our creative language.
