The customization period is approximately 7-10 days (excluding public holidays). We use SF Express for all shipments by default.

Key cases are hand-stitched entirely by hand. Production begins after customization, as these are not pre-made items.
Please send photos of the front and back of your key via message to verify the style and count the buttons before placing your order.
If no photos are provided, the product will be made according to the style shown in the store listing after you place your order. Any errors resulting from this will be your responsibility.
If your key is a push-to-start type, please be sure to inform us, otherwise, it will be unusable. Please pay special attention to this!!
