**Class Session Details**
A. Please prioritize selecting a fixed time slot for classes. In case of special circumstances, sessions may be postponed or rescheduled to another time.
B. Classes operate on a session deduction system, offering flexibility to arrange according to individual needs.
Sessions must be completed within six months from the date of the first class.
For example: If the first class is on March 1, 114 (2025), the session usage period ends on September 30, 114 (2025).
C. To protect your rights, absence requests must be registered in the LINE community at least three days in advance to facilitate class adjustments and scheduling.

◆ If you are unable to attend after successful registration due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be provided. You are welcome to find a replacement or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must notify us three days in advance, and this can be done only once.)

◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for recording and promotional purposes on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff via private message or in person, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. We will automatically delete your personal data within one month from the start date of the course. You may request to inquire, review, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, and request to stop the collection, processing, use, or deletion of your personal data before it is deleted.
