【Course Information】
**Class Session Details**
A. Please prioritize choosing a fixed time slot. In case of special circumstances, sessions can be postponed or rescheduled to another available time.
B. Classes are managed by a session deduction system, offering flexibility based on individual needs.
All sessions must be completed within six months from the date of the first class.
For example: If the first class is on March 1, 114 (2025), the session usage period ends on September 30, 114 (2025).
C. To ensure your rights, absence notifications must be registered in the LINE group at least three days in advance for class adjustments and arrangements.

◆ Once registration is successful, no refunds will be provided for temporary inability to attend. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If rescheduling due to personal reasons, please notify us three days in advance, and changes are limited to one instance.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or lateness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered forfeiture of the session, with no possibility for rescheduling or refunds.
◆ Business hours are subject to announcements on our Facebook page. Please send a private message if you wish to attend a class.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring work suspension as announced by the government, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the event and these notes.
◆ To participate in this course, you are required to provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will result in inability to participate.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for recording and promotional purposes on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff via private message or in person, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. We will automatically delete your personal data within one month from the start date of the course. You may request to inquire, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, or request to cease collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of your personal data before the deletion period.
