【Course Information】
**Class Session Details**
A. Please prioritize fixed time slots for classes. In case of special circumstances, sessions may be postponed or rescheduled to another time.
B. Classes operate on a session deduction system, offering flexibility to arrange according to individual needs.
All sessions must be completed within six months from the date of your first class.
For example, if your first class is on March 1, 2025, all sessions must be used by September 30, 2025.
C. To safeguard your rights, any absences must be registered in our LINE group at least three days in advance to facilitate class adjustments and scheduling.

◆ Once registration is successful, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. You are welcome to find someone to take your place or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must notify us three days in advance, and this can only be done once.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the session, with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.

◆ In the event of natural disasters that meet the government's criteria for suspension of work and classes, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund in accordance with regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, you agree to abide by the activity rules and important notes.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will result in inability to participate.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the course for recording and promotional purposes on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff via private message or in person, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. Your personal data will be automatically deleted within one month from the start date of the course. You may request to inquire, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, or request to cease collection, processing, use, or deletion of your personal data before the deletion date.
◆ Maple Art Studio reserves the right to modify or change course details.
