1. In order to maintain the quality of teaching, please do not be late. No video or audio recording during class
2. If natural disasters, accidents, power outages and other unavoidable factors occur on the day of the course, so that the course cannot be started, the course will be made up on another day.
3. 70% refund for cancellations three days before the class starts, no refunds for cancellations on the day of the class
4. If the course is overtime, an additional 100 yuan per hour will be charged on-site, and it will be calculated as 100 yuan for less than one hour.

1. It takes 4-6 weeks for the kiln to be fired after the work is completed. Please decide with the teacher during the class whether to call for self-collection or to send it with an additional shipping fee
2. Hand kneading pottery needs to make full use of fingers, please trim nails first for easy operation
3. In the creation process of hand-kneaded pottery, in order to avoid irresistible factors such as breakage, cracks, bursts, deglazing, and glaze sticking during firing,
Please follow the teacher's advice during the course, the classroom will also try its best to maintain your work week, and when you are done, you will be notified by phone to pick it up or pack and send it by registered mail (please pay for the shipping fee)
The studio is located in an alley, please park in the nearby parking lot (behind Kaohsiung Water Conservancy Bureau) if you drive, and motorcycle riders can park at the entrance of the studio
