● Course Introduction
Chuan Chuan Handmade introduces a new season course combining "Mindful Meditation" with "Handmade Ornaments." Through this mindful crafting experience, find inner peace in tranquil moments, free from the sway of emotions impacting daily life.
In class, guided meditation sessions with the instructor lead to a state of deep self-release, effectively alleviating internal stress.
Learn mindful meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and intentions in the present moment, learning to regulate your own state.
The crafting portion equally emphasizes the overall structural design of the ornament. The "Can Lou" (參縷) structure requires attention to its center of gravity, balance, and coordination to prevent an uneven finished piece. Therefore, during the process, the mind must be calm and focused. (This course is developed and designed by Chuan Chuan Handmade, a unique curriculum.)
