▸Because the products are displayed in vertical format, please inform us in advance if you want to change the horizontal photos to vertical format. We will mainly add white borders at the top and bottom.
▸Each batch of preserved flowers has different dyeing conditions. Any color difference is normal

Dried flowers are most afraid of humid environments and direct sunlight.
If the flowers come into contact with water, they will become moldy or seriously discolor.
If this happens, it is irreversible.
Please save it as follows:

Please unpack and check the product immediately after receiving it. If you find any serious damage, please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will actively handle it for you! If any defects or damage are found within seven days and need to be repaired, the return shipping fee will be borne by the designer.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, "customized products" are not subject to unconditional returns within seven days. In addition, customized products cannot be resold.
