※ To ensure service quality, late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
※ For the color analysis, please avoid wearing high-neck clothing. If you have earrings, please remove them. The analysis must be conducted with a bare face.
※ If you habitually wear makeup, makeup removal products are available at the studio.
※ In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
※ As this is a one-on-one service, no refunds will be issued if you notify us on the day of your appointment that you are unable to attend.
※ If you wish to reschedule, please provide notice at least three days in advance.
