【Custom Service】 Garment Length Alteration / Mending

Since the launch of its basic hand-sewing workshops, Atelier Llewellyn has been warmly received and highly regarded by many participants. Through these courses, we've learned that some students, busy with their work, postpone necessary garment alterations or repairs due to concerns about their own skills, or simply due to a lack of time to attend classes. To serve consumers with such needs, Atelier Llewellyn is now offering alteration and mending services for garments. **Urgent service (same-day or next-day) is not accepted.** The price for altering lengths or mending garments will vary depending on the techniques and design. The final quote will be determined by our studio. Please contact us to discuss the details of your garment alteration before placing an order. This service currently only accepts requests for length alterations and button mending (excluding denim tack buttons). All button mending is done by hand. Please provide the original detached button or a spare button. If you require the studio to source a similar button, an additional service fee for button sourcing will apply. After our alteration and mending services, we will ensure the garment is secure before returning it. However, the durability may vary depending on individual wear frequency and habits, leading to different probabilities of detachment. Therefore, Atelier Llewellyn does not accept negative reviews, refund requests, or demands for free re-mending due to detachment after a few wears. 2. For length alterations, we will assess the garment's material and overall appearance to provide recommendations on whether machine or hand sewing is more suitable. 3. Please ensure garments are clean (if previously worn) before sending them in. 4. For new garments, please confirm if they are prone to shrinking after washing. Atelier Llewellyn is not responsible for shrinkage after alteration due to washing. **5. Before sending your garment, please personally confirm and clearly mark the final desired length for alteration, or specify the number of centimeters to be adjusted. Atelier Llewellyn will proceed with the alteration based on the provided markings. We are not responsible for any discrepancies after the alteration if the markings were not precise.** **6. If you are unsure about the marking for the alteration location and require our input, please contact us to schedule a time for a fitting and measurement. We offer shipping via convenience store pickup, postal courier, and LALA express. Shipping fees are additional. 8.
