**【 Reservation Information 】**
To ensure each piece achieves the exquisite detail of an artwork, Irongirl's Studio follows these artisan procedures:
✤ Artisan Finishing: Pieces cannot be taken directly from the class. To guarantee the highest quality, the finished items will be retained by the teacher for subsequent welding, detailed filing, and advanced polishing. Lacquer finishes require 10-15 working days. Upon completion, we offer **"Free Post Office Mail Delivery"** or the option to arrange a pickup time at the studio.
✤ Personalized Guidance: This class is conducted in a one-on-one or small group setting. A minimum of one participant is required to proceed.
✤ Reservation Fee: This webpage serves as a $300 reservation deposit. The remaining balance for the course will be based on the design chosen on-site and can be paid in cash, via bank transfer, or with Cultural Vouchers (scan code at the studio).

● Designs & Fees: You may change your design selection on the day of the class. Fees vary based on different designs; the price difference can be settled on-site.
● Reservations & Changes: No refunds will be issued after a successful reservation. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please message the instructor to reschedule or postpone your class.
● Cultural Voucher Usage: Cultural Vouchers are accepted. You may select "Use Cultural Vouchers for Discount" in the Pinkoi shopping cart, or scan the QR code on-site for deduction.
● Class Documentation: Professional photography with a Canon EOS R10 will be provided on-site. You will also receive digitally retouched photos personally edited by the instructor (please inform us in advance if you consent to having photos of your face publicly displayed).
● Final Product Creation: Copper items require 10-15 working days for completion, including the application of protective lacquer. The instructor will mail the finished piece to you upon completion.
The course fee includes materials and instruction; necklace chains are not included.
● Entry Reminder: Please arrive on time or slightly early to maintain the quality of the course. If you need to adjust your scheduled time, please message us in advance to discuss.
● Receipt Information: This studio currently does not issue tax receipts.
