It offers a brand-new, comfortable crafting space, along with a product display area, expert teaching zone, and a leisurely light dining section. ? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on-site.
? Each session requires a minimum of one participant to commence; maximum capacity is two. If the number of registrations for a session does not reach one three days before the scheduled activity, Qing Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify you to reschedule or receive a refund.
? As we need 3 days to prepare materials before the event, cancellations within 3 days prior to the event are not eligible for refunds.
? If you need to reschedule a workshop, please inform us 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will incur a material preparation fee of NT$300.
? Only registered participants are allowed to join. Unregistered individuals cannot accompany or participate.
? Entry is permitted 15 minutes before the workshop. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
? Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
? In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
? If the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to Qing Handmade Soap, no refund will be issued.
? In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. In the event of a typhoon, the suspension of work and classes announced by the location of the event will be the standard for commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may take photos and videos during the trial workshop for event documentation and future promotional purposes on Qing Handmade Soap's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
