Slight variations in color and shaping will occur for the same design. Please place your order only if you accept this. ✔️ All items are inspected for damaged parts, cleaned, and sterilized before shipment. You can use them with confidence! 🌿 Leather Accessory Care 1. Avoid placing accessories in damp environments such as bathrooms or restrooms. 2. After wearing, gently wipe with a dry cloth and store in a sealed box or bag to maintain dryness. 3. You may lightly wipe the leather surface with leather conditioner to keep it moisturized and prevent cracking. 🌿 Product Repair Repairs are not possible for issues such as broken metal parts (e.g., broken ear hooks, ear clips), fading, or missing components. For other accessory issues, repairs can be made on our market days or via mail. The buyer is responsible for postage. A small fee may apply for material replacement or complex repairs. 🌿 Not Within Scope of Defects 1. Color Difference: Computer screen displays may have slight variations; please refer to the actual product color. 2. Bent Ear Hooks/Ear Clips: Due to the fine and soft nature of the material, our shipping staff will ensure ear hooks/ear clips are in good condition before dispatch. Slight bending due to shipping collisions is normal and can be self-adjusted. Alternatively, adjustments can be made at our market stall during monthly events. 3. Natural Leather Grain: Each piece of cowhide has unique grain and color patterns depending on its location and treatment. 4. Size Error: Manual measurements may have slight discrepancies. An error of up to 0.5 cm is considered within the acceptable range.
