At the start of the workshop, you'll receive a wooden frame! The instructor will guide you through planting techniques and arrangement tips, after which you can personalize your succulent display. (Small decorative items are subject to availability provided by the instructor on the day.)

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is proceeding before completing your registration.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders without completed payment are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be recognized as registered participants.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools," as announced by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty days before the commencement of the course, a refund of 95% of the total amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the commencement of the course, a refund of 90% of the total amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the commencement of the course, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling period, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted due to the preparation of materials and seating arrangements by the instructor. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their participation.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This activity is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not permitted to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or if there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. Please call the store in advance for any such inquiries.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event, Xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcrafting classroom. This course includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may conduct on-site filming for documentation and promotional purposes. Photos and videos featuring participants may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions after the event.
・If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
