Kindly indicate your preferred color in a message. The leather used is our popular oil horse leather, also featured in KAMIBUKURO design. To recreate the texture of paper, we carefully slice leather that is normally 1.5mm thick down to 0.5-0.6mm. Special processing is applied to the back of the leather to ensure strength is not compromised. This prevents any concerns about leather dust. This leather material is high-quality, domestically produced oil-finished horsehide with a smooth finish. As the leather is thoroughly infused with oil during the tanning process, it gradually softens and develops a beautiful sheen with age and use. Horsehide, with its thick and long fibers, offers a suppleness and durability unmatched by other leathers. Its smooth, almost clinging texture, combined with its strength even when thinly sliced, makes it an indispensable material for this minimalist pouch.
