About the materials: ♦ Sterling silver will gradually oxidize with prolonged wear. Wiping with a soft cloth and storing in a zip-lock bag after wear will help maintain its luster. Oxidized silver can be polished bright again with a silver polishing cloth! Pearls are organic gemstones and are quite delicate. Here are the care instructions: 1. Meticulous Cleaning ~ After wearing pearls (especially in summer), clean them thoroughly before placing them in the jewelry box. Wipe with a pearl polishing cloth, and once the pearls are air-dried, store them in the jewelry box. Do not clean pearls with tap water, facial tissues, jewelry cleaners, or ultrasonic cleaning machines. 2. Keep Pearls Clean ~ To prevent pearls from being damaged by chemicals in cosmetics, it is recommended to wear pearls after applying makeup. If pearls accidentally come into contact with food, beverages, perfume, cosmetics, soap, etc., wipe them clean promptly. ~ Situations to avoid wearing pearls: Do not wear pearls while bathing, sleeping, swimming, or cooking. Also, avoid prolonged direct exposure to strong sunlight. 4. Wear Regularly ~ Pearls need the nourishment of fresh air. Please wear them regularly and avoid long-term storage in sealed boxes or plastic casings. 5. Store Separately ~ Pearls have a lower hardness. Please store pearls separately in a jewelry box to avoid friction with hard objects. It is recommended to store them flat to prevent changes in shape due to prolonged hanging. 6. Regular Inspection and Maintenance ~ The silk thread for pearl necklaces can deform over time. It is recommended to have the pearl necklace re-strung for maintenance once a year. For pearl inlay pieces, periodically check if the joints are loose to prevent the loss of pearls. ✧ About Repairs All items sold come with a lifetime, no-expiry repair service. A material fee will be charged for replacing precious metal parts (18K & 14K & 925 Sterling Silver).
