● There are slight errors in manual measurement of size and capacity.
● The works are all handmade. The kiln firing position, temperature, atmosphere factors, etc. of wood-fired works are different. Each work is unique and difficult to reproduce.
● If you need to customize works with the same appearance, the firing effect of each piece will still be different, please send a private message to discuss.
● Fine cracks (flaking), pores (pinholes), particles (clinker), and staining on the glaze are all normal phenomena produced during the firing process of glaze and do not affect use. Perfectionists please evaluate by yourself .
● When unboxing the product, please be sure to record it with a video. If the shipment is damaged, the product is incorrect or missing, please send back the video and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
︱Usage Information︱
● Can hold hot and cold water and hot food; do not heat directly.
● Clean with soft materials (sponge, vegetable cloth); do not scrub with rough materials (steel brush), as it may scratch the glaze surface.
● Ceramics are fragile, please do not drop, knock or collide with them.
