Dried flowers have always been a favorite for many, offering an elegant visual appeal that enhances any space. However, dried flowers cannot have essential oils directly applied as excess moisture can lead to mold. That's why, for this workshop, we've chosen sola flowers. Sola flowers are crafted from wood slices and are excellent for diffusing essential oils!

Handmade Experience and Finished Product
Your finished creation will include a dried flower pot featuring sola flowers as the main bloom, a 5ML bottle of essential oil, and a hexagonal or octagonal industrial-style stone coaster. You can apply the essential oil to the sola flower or the stone coaster for a diffusing effect. Come and experience it!

・Capacity: 6-10 people per session (Minimum participants for class to commence: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, tools and materials on-site, gift bag
・Location: 2F, No. 65, Huafu St, North Dist, Taichung City "Infinite Heart Life"
・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station. From Platform D at the train station, take bus route 35 to "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Rd)". Walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and walk for about 4 minutes. You will see the "Infinite Heart Life" cafe.

Workshop Description
Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the workshop, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be mailed. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-workshop notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placing them are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・Refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the workshop start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the workshop start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the workshop start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・For workshops on the day of the scheduled class, refunds and reschedulings are not accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
・To protect the rights of other participants, participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeitures.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid individuals may not accompany participants or join the workshop. Exceptions include situations where a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or for special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants a choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth workshop experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handcrafting classroom.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the event venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
