Admission is open 10 minutes before the event. In order to preserve the teaching quality and class rights of other guests and teachers, please arrive at the scene in advance and do not be late. If you are late for class for more than 15 minutes, you will not be able to enter the class and you will not be able to refund. In order to ensure the quality of teaching, only applicants can participate. If the activity needs to be terminated early due to personal factors on the activity day, no refund will be given. If the course activities need to be rescheduled, please inform other students 3 days before the activity, and if you do not inform, you will be charged a material preparation fee of 300 yuan. Cancel refund matters Since we have to prepare materials 7 days before the event, 1. If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the event day), a full refund will be issued. 2. If you need to cancel within 3 days of the departure date (excluding the event day), the quota can be transferred. Please inform the agent participant's name and contact information in the station letter. If the notice is cancelled, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. 3. No refunds will be accepted for notification on the day of the event. 4. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or a full refund. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants. The experience activities will be taken by the organizer according to the needs, and will be uploaded to ViveLaVie related communities after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
