Gemstones are purchased from trusted industry suppliers, and silver materials are sourced through partnerships with reliable manufacturers. Most items in our studio are made to order. You can view the estimated shipping time on the desktop version of Pinkoi. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days; made-to-order items require a waiting period. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or to see if we can accommodate your timeline. Items requiring factory processing may take longer. Factory-processed items include wax-carved pieces, 3D printed objects, plated items, and engraving or other services. Care Instructions 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove it before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals (such as perfume). 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. Plated jewelry should be wiped with a soft cloth; do not use a silver polishing cloth.
