Before all consumers arrive at the site to start the course, Bali Water Sports Center will provide consumers with a standard course consent form, and consumers need to read it carefully and agree to sign (for those under the age of 18, parents or guardians must agree to sign).
The terms of the consent form are as follows:
1. I understand that participating in water sports may lead to unexpected dangers (including capsizing, collision, hypothermia, drowning, lightning strikes, insect and jellyfish bites and other injuries caused by natural forces) resulting in physical and mental injuries, paralysis, Death or cause personal property damage and third party injury.
2. I understand that activity equipment and safety equipment will be provided during the event, and the coach will conduct technical teaching and safety explanations, maintain the safety of the event on site, and insure the user for travel insurance. If you do not follow the instructions of the coach and act without authorization, such as not wearing a life jacket, improper use of equipment or other force majeure factors, I promise and guarantee that I and my legal guardian, my family members, heirs or assignees, etc. will not File legal proceedings and claim for damages against Bali Aquatic Center/China Pan Pacific Waters Sports Association and the coaches and staff related to the event.
3. For the above activities, the Bali Water Sports Center will purchase public accident liability insurance in accordance with the Ministry of Communications’ [Administrative Measures for Water Recreation Activities].
4. I consider myself healthy and do not have the following identities: pregnant women, children under 5 years old, elderly people over 77 years old, people with asthma, heart disease or other cardiovascular diseases, people who are advised by doctors not to exercise, people who have undergone major surgery within six months , Drinking alcohol or using drugs before the event.
5. If safety concerns arise due to human factors, weather or other force majeure factors during the activity, I agree that the coach has the right to decide to stop the activity in order to provide necessary assistance and rescue.
6. I agree to provide the audio-visual files, photos, pictures, etc. taken in all courses for publicity and promotion purposes, and to enable Bali Water Sports Center/China Pan Pacific Waters Sports Association to enjoy rights including but not limited to reproduction, modification, distribution, publicity Publication and re-licensing and other copyright property rights.

【Refund Policy】
Sponsor Cancellation Policy:
(1) The Central Meteorological Bureau issued a sea typhoon warning, and will announce the cancellation of the trip within 24 hours and a full refund.
(2) If the weather forecast is good, but the sea conditions on the day are obviously not suitable for launching, the event will be cancelled, and the fee will be refunded after deducting the insurance fee.
(3) If the sea conditions worsen halfway after the voyage, if the voyage is changed or canceled for safety reasons, no refund will be made.
If consumers want to cancel or reschedule after booking, the rules are as follows:
(1) If you notify cancellation 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), you can get a full refund.
(2) Cancellations will not be accepted within 3 days to the day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
(3) Cancellation, refund or rescheduling will not be accepted on the event day. If the consumer does not arrive or is late and the event cannot be held normally, the consumer shall be responsible for it.
Change of participant must be notified before noon of the day before the event, and the insurance information of the new participant must be prepared.
Due to personal factors, it is necessary to change the echelon (date and time period), and the change is limited to one time. It must be used up in the current year, and please inform in advance (temporary echelon changes will not be accepted 3 days before the event date). If due to force majeure factors, such as earthquakes or typhoons, you can switch to other tiers without any time limit.

3. Taiwanese passengers are required to carry their ID cards or health insurance cards with them, and foreign passengers are required to carry their passports with them in order to participate in sea activities.
4. Do not smoke, chew betel nuts, carry dangerous, flammable or foul-smelling items on board, and do not engage in dangerous actions; to ensure navigation safety and the rights and interests of other passengers, please follow the instructions of the coach.
5. In case of irresistible factors such as weather, walrus, temporary accidents, etc., based on safety considerations, the supplier has the right to cancel the event. In this case, you can choose to get a full refund or reschedule for free.
6. Water activities are easily affected by the weather. When actually sailing, the coach may modify the itinerary according to the change of wind direction and hydrological conditions. When the sea conditions get worse, the voyage may even be canceled midway. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for some reason, please do not participate.
7. In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of this activity, please follow the instructions of the coach. Do not take off the life jacket during the activity. If you do not listen to the dissuasion, in order to avoid accidents, the coach has the right to immediately suspend the activity without refund. We will not be responsible for accidents caused by disobedience to advice!
8. Photos and videos taken during the itinerary will be uploaded to the fan page community for everyone to share, download or use for marketing exposure. If you do not want to make it public, please inform the coach separately.
