Vintage brooches signed AJC & Danecraft 😉 AJC Jewelry, which created many interesting brooches, was founded from 1927 to 1997. All kinds of cute animals and interesting themes are their source of inspiration. Danecraft vintage costume jewelry was established in Rhode Island in 1934. The brand originated from the famous jewelry manufacturer "Primavera", a goldsmith from Pescara, Italy. Victor Primavera, the founder of Danecraft, is a descendant of an ancient family that has been designing jewelry for Italian aristocratic families. The Primavera studio continued until 1910. After Victor Primavera came to the United States, he settled in Rhode Island, a major jewelry industry town, and renamed the brand Danecraft until 1977.
