The orange slice chocolate of chocolat R is made from fresh oranges, not mass-processed products in factories. It has a particularly solid taste and rich natural citrus aroma. It starts with slicing oranges and ends up becoming orange slice chocolate. It takes almost a month of repeated processing and boiling. It is then dipped in the chef's special 70% French estate dark chocolate Guanaja...Almost heaven. One slice can make you feel good all day long.
About the design:
**One orange slice takes one month**
It is not easy to eat fresh orange slice chocolate in Taiwan, because the processing of orange slices is complicated and time-consuming, and requires specific varieties. Most of them rely on imported orange strips, which are not only more expensive but also less chewy. After failing to find the orange slice material we wanted, we decided to do it ourselves and start cutting it from fresh fruit!
Each orange slice processing takes about a month of repeated boiling, and removing the bitter taste of the skin before boiling is also a big project. After boiling and naturally drying, it is considered complete after being dipped in the dark chocolate we specially prepared for the orange slices.

About the taste of chocolate:
Bonbon, made from Valrhona, has a very layered feel when you take a sip. In addition to the rich cocoa aroma that brings a slightly bitter but chewy taste, you will then feel the slight sourness unique to top-grade cocoa and the smooth velvety feeling on the tip of your tongue. This is a feeling caused by the sufficient amount of high-grade cocoa butter. In the end, only the aftertaste of the deep chocolate lingers in your throat for a long time, while your lips, teeth and tongue remain clean and refreshing. This is the extremely simple and pure feeling brought by top-grade chocolate.
How to save:
Our chocolate Bonbon is made from fresh ingredients and has a relatively short shelf life. It can be stored in the freezer for a week or in the refrigerator for three days. The best temperature for tasting chocolate is around 5-15 degrees Celsius.
Drink pairing suggestions: Suitable with light coffee, whiskey, and tea.
