● Select your design → Our artisans will provide on-site guidance, leading participants through the joy of traditional craftsmanship. The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and icons (note: engraving is not available for certain designs).
How to measure for a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a cotton thread (sewing thread) to measure your wrist circumference comfortably. Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, refer to the size chart for your selection.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the size at the store after the item is made.

**Workshops are available with just one participant and operate by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop booking must be notified at least three days prior to the course date. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the workshop will not be refunded but can be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for items of the same price are welcome (subject to available materials in stock).
Upgrades to higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment, but downgrades to lower-priced items are not refundable.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished product is irreparably flawed due to failure to follow instructions, a replacement material set will require a new purchase.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with design complexity. Items can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required for entry due to the ongoing pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety instructions for equipment operation provided by the instructor.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government advisement for personal safety, and a new date will be arranged.
