Canvas bags soften with use, developing a unique character and creating your own classic "Fan" (canvas) look. ● Minor Stains or Dust: Gently wipe with a damp, soft cloth or use clear tape to lift surface dirt. ● Major Stains: Hand wash is recommended. Use a neutral detergent with a soft brush to spot clean the affected area, avoiding excessive rubbing that could deform the bag. After washing, gently press with a towel to absorb excess water. Lay flat to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or high-heat drying to prevent fading. "Vegetable-tanned genuine leather" will gradually deepen in color and develop a unique sheen with use and time. We recommend conditioning it with leather oil once a month. **Customization Notes** Each bag is handcrafted, and the following are considered normal: ● Product dimensions have a normal tolerance of ±1cm. ● There may be slight color variations due to screen display differences. ● Minor indentations, loose threads, or very small stains (not exceeding 0.5cm in diameter). ● Due to the printing process and fabric cut, each item's pattern placement will vary slightly. ● Vegetable-tanned genuine leather will darken over time with use. ● As this is a custom-made product, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and items are non-returnable or exchangeable. ● Production is made-to-order and requires 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
