Thank you. — How to Measure Your Wrist — ● Use a soft tape measure or wrap a thin string around your wrist, then lay it flat on a table and measure the length against a ruler. — About the Product Itself — ● The size of each natural stone will vary slightly. The length of the finished product will not be exactly the same as the ordered size; a margin of error within ±0.5cm is considered normal. ● There may be slight deviations in bead sizes for each batch, ranging from 0.2-0.8mm. ● The color and texture of each natural stone are unique. The actual product cannot be exactly the same as the natural stones in the product photos. The beauty of a unique crystal lies in its individuality, just like you! ● Imperfections in natural stones are normal and unavoidable. All natural crystals may have small flaws such as cracks, inclusions, pits, flat edges, black spots, or impurities. It is impossible for each bead to be 100% perfect. Returns due to personal size issues or human error are also not accepted. Any issues must be reported via email within three days of receiving the item. ● When returning a product due to defects, all gifts must be returned along with the complete packaging. Returns will not be processed otherwise. ● If the item needs to be returned for modification due to incorrect size selection by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, and a fee may apply depending on the situation. ● All taxes, duties, receiving issues, or processing related to the customer's country/region of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
