If there are any discrepancies or manufacturing defects incurred during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom orders). Please ship the original item back to us within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return the item within the specified period will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return/exchange rights.
