A small book born from travel Luang Phabang, Laos - Indie Press - Paper

Product Description

Luang Prabang in Laos is a city designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and since I visited during the dry season and tourist season, it was crowded with many foreign tourists. Even though it was the dry season, the temperature was high and the humidity was quite high, so walking around the city made me sweat a lot, so I couldn't do without a drink. The city of Luang Prabang is centered around an area with many attractions such as temples and colonial-era buildings, and is surrounded by local areas that are not often visited by tourists. I walked around not only the club but also local places. At the hand binding workshop, the author himself, who has mastered the art of hand binding, carefully produces each book by hand. The main text is tied with thread, making the book easy to open, strong and durable. In addition to enjoying the photos as a small book, you can also use it as a small interior decoration for your room. [Visit period] March 2024 [City visited] Luang Prabang, Laos [Cover fabric] Hand-woven cloth (cotton) woven in Laos, purchased at the Luang Prabang market. [Size] Length: Approx. 75mm x Width: Approx. 55mm x Width: Approx. 6mm [Number of pages] 24 pages (including 20 pages of photos) The title and text on the cover are printed using an inkjet printer, so please handle with care as they may bleed if exposed to moisture. Also, please be careful not to expose it to direct sunlight for a long time, as this may cause fading. Please note that the pattern on the cover may vary slightly depending on how the fabric is taken. *Please refer to the 6th photo for the degree of difference in pattern. We check the product, but if there are any incorrect or missing pages, we will replace it.
