【Important Notes for the Course】
・To promote environmental protection, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own reusable bag to take your finished artwork home.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the experience activity for event documentation and future promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will ensure your privacy. Thank you.
・Recording videos or audio during the class is not permitted.
・The class is held in a pet-friendly cafe, so you may encounter dogs or cats. As it is an open space with other patrons, please only register if you are comfortable with this environment!
【Cancellation Policy】
Please note:
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% fee will be charged to cover incurred costs. As the instructor needs ten days prior to the event to prepare materials, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted within ten days of the event date.
・If you wish to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. Rescheduling is not possible within ten days of the event date.
【COVID-19 Prevention Measures】
。If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 concerns, please submit a refund request at least five working days prior to the event (excluding the event day) for a full refund.
。Your temperature will be taken upon entry. Admission is granted only if your temperature is below 37 degrees Celsius and you have completed hand sanitization.
。A questionnaire will be provided at the registration desk to assess your health status and travel history, ensuring all attendees have no recent international travel or any discomfort within the past 14 days.
。Cabin crew members who have completed long-haul flights or entered other countries must complete a 7-day home quarantine upon return and test negative. They will also be subject to enhanced self-health management guidelines for days 8 to 14, as per the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) regulations.
。For cabin crew members on short-haul flights who have not entered other countries, no quarantine is required if asymptomatic, and they will follow MOHW guidelines.
。Both instructors and participants are required to wear masks throughout the event; entry will be denied without a mask.
。Enhanced ventilation will be provided through air conditioning and open windows to ensure good air circulation in the classroom.
。Seating arrangements will group participants attending together at the same table, reducing opportunities for contact with strangers. Seating will be spaced as widely as possible.
。Alcohol/sodium hypochlorite will be used before and after the event to disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and tables.
