1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your desired date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
