_Linda Le Kinff
Linda Le Kinff is of mixed French and Brazilian descent, and this rich cultural fusion can be felt in her art. She mixes the elegant and refined style of French society with the more vivid and bright colors of Latin America.
After traveling around the world, especially in Italy, I learned various painting techniques, such as tempera painting, gold foil, Acrylic, spray paint, Bronze sculpture, watercolor, pastel and other techniques.
In 1974, while making lithographs, she met the director of contemporary art at Christie's in London, who produced many original lithograph publications for her. She subsequently held numerous international exhibitions and many of her lithographs were sold and exhibited around the world: Burlington Art Museum (Hong Kong), Krashen Art Museum (USA), Mace Weber Printing (Australia) and Toronto Fine Art Editions ( Canada) .
In 1998, Linda was selected as the official artist of the Football World Cup. In order to receive this honor, she created a painting that was used as a commemorative coin by the French government, an honor that had never before been given to a living French artist.
In 2002, Linda Le Kinff participated in the "Prestige Exhibition" organized by the French Ambassador to Japan, and her works were exhibited in museums and art foundations in Japanese cities, including: Tokyo Museum - Fumikamura; Nagoya - Tenjin Salaria Art Foundation Society; Osaka-Kirin Foundation; Fukuoka-Loft Gallery; Yokohama-Red Brick Warehouse.
