Please do not use the course or creations for commercial purposes!** *Photography is permitted during the class for recording purposes; **no video recording** is allowed. *Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**. ► Cancellation and Refund Policy *Cancellations notified **15 days prior** to the class date will receive a **full** refund. *Cancellations notified **10-14 days prior** to the class date will receive a **70%** refund. *Cancellations notified **7-10 days prior** to the class date will receive a **30%** refund. *Cancellations notified **within 7 days** of the class date are **non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled**. The item will be completed and shipped to you by vivi free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven item. ► Important Notes *Limited spots are available. To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation of payment and reconciliation. *Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **If payment is not received by 6:00 PM, 2 days prior to the class, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.** Ex: If you wish to attend on 4/5, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on 4/3. *If the minimum number of participants (6 people) for a session is not met **three days prior** to the scheduled start date, the design studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session, and will notify participants of **rescheduling, venue change, or refund**. *To ensure the smooth running of the experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and are non-refundable**. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven item. *As understanding and hand speed vary among individuals, it is recommended to **allow an additional 0.5 hours after the class and avoid scheduling urgent matters**. ► Other Information *In case of natural disasters or force majeure events leading to class suspension, the design studio will contact you proactively for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, class cancellation and refund policies will be based on the official announcements of the activity's location, regardless of participants' locations. *Assistance with photography will be provided during the class. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements. *Please adhere to the rules of the activity venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations. *If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to the design studio, **no refund will be issued**. *In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors**. *Materials may have **color variations due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and differences in computer monitors**. *For environmental protection, **please bring your own reusable bag**. **► The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
