Office files are not accepted. ◆ Design Tip: Very small text may appear unclear due to fabric fibers/weave. Bold fonts with many strokes can also be problematic. Chinese characters should be approximately 0.6cm as a limit; English characters, around 0.4cm. Please read the following important information carefully: ⭕ Basic Knowledge: Due to differences in color settings between computer/mobile/tablet screens and printing output, there will be color variations between what you see on screen and the printed product. If exact color matching is critical, please do not order! ⭕ All custom products require bleed (safe margins). Text or images too close to the edge risk being cropped. ⭕ To provide convenience for unique, personalized items, we offer in-store pickup payment. We kindly ask all buyers to pick up their orders from the convenience store. Failure to do so will result in legal action; we will not tolerate such breaches of trust. ⭕ For re-shipment of uncollected orders, the buyer is responsible for [original order amount + shipping fees + re-shipment fees]. ⭕ For orders exceeding 5kg, shipping will be via courier or postal service as it exceeds convenience store limits. ⭕ Convenience store pickup payment regulations: Dimensions must be ≦ 45cm*30cm*30cm, with the longest side ≦ 45cm, and the other two sides ≦ 30cm; weight must not exceed 5kg. ※ Items exceeding convenience store size or weight limits will be shipped via courier. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the shopping process instructions. If there is a product defect, we will remake and reship the same item; refunds or returns are not offered.
