Hand-thrown by ceramic artist Fang Fang Tu (Lin Kun Kai), this Gaiwan is fired using the high-temperature wood-firing technique. Each piece develops a unique color and texture amidst the fierce flames and ashes. Its stable gray-black tones and mineral-like texture embody a rare, understated aesthetic in wood-firing.
