⚘ To ensure the rights of other participants, each ticket is valid for one person only.
⚘ Upon successful registration, the "ActivityPass" system will automatically send your registration details and information to your email.
⚘ If a class is rescheduled due to the instructor or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), and participants cannot attend, a full refund for the affected class will be prioritized.
⚘ Photos may be taken during the class for future promotional use. Please inform us if you have any concerns.
⚘ Classes have minimum and maximum participant limits. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
⚘ Each class has a maximum capacity of 4 participants. Registration will close once full.
⚘ Absences due to personal reasons are not eligible for rescheduling or waitlisting.
⚘ If you are unable to attend, tickets are non-refundable. You may arrange for another person to attend in your place by transferring your ticket.
