Change the water approximately every two days. When changing the water, trim about 1-2 cm off the bottom of the stems at an angle to help the flowers absorb water effectively. Remove any wilted leaves or flowers as needed. Shorter stems can be placed in small glass vases or jam jars for continued enjoyment. To prolong the vase life, consider adding a flower food packet, a small amount of bleach (less than 1ml per 200ml of water), or a copper coin. ■ Placement Place in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents, to extend the life of your fresh flowers. ■ Order Modifications & Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days before the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for a June 8th delivery, please notify us by 12:00 PM on June 3rd). We regret that we cannot accept modifications or issue refunds after this time. In the event of insufficient stock for a particular vase, a similar style vase will be substituted without prior notice. ■ Flowers & Design Each fresh flower is unique in its natural state, so your floral gift may vary slightly from the photo. The vase life of fresh flowers is typically 5-10 days, but this can vary depending on the variety and environment. Proper care will help extend their beauty. As fresh flowers and plants are perishable, minor imperfections such as slight damage or scuffs may occur during preparation and delivery; these are considered within acceptable limits. Flower availability can fluctuate significantly. If a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar variety to maintain the overall design integrity and aesthetic, without prior notification. ■ Card & Care Guide We offer complimentary card printing services. Please provide your message at checkout, and our team will handle the typesetting and design professionally. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to maintain your flowers. ■ Delivery Methods For areas near Shuangbei (Taipei & New Taipei City): Same-day delivery via Lalamove courier. For farther areas of Shuangbei and other counties/cities: Shipped the day before delivery via HCT (Homebox Courier Service). Sunday and Monday deliveries cannot be specified. Delivery routes are determined by the driver; we recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date. ■ Recipient Information Accuracy Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are accurate and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or inability to contact the recipient, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
